Job Summary

  • Customer acquisition through sales of the company's products and services
  • Finding new Business as per the targets.
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets
  • Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
  • Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
  • develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers.

Job duties and responsibilities
    • Use of various sales methods
    • Develop new sales strategies and models
    • Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness
    • Evaluate customers needs
    • Build long lasting client relationships
    • Meet personal and team sales targets
    • Attend meeting, sales events and training 
    • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
    • Manage your client database within your assigned territory
Job requirements and qualifications
    • HND / B.Sc in any field
    • Must have completed mandatory NYSC
    • Must have a flair for Sales/Marketing
    • Good communications skill
    • Very smart and articulate
    • Between 21-30yrs
    • Must reside around the region or its environs
Salary
  • 62,000 Monthly with additional Benefits of Commission and HMO

  • 12 years
