The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting in the coordination of healthcare services.
1. Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
4. Documenting patient information, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
5. Educating patients and their families on healthcare topics, including disease management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.
6. Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures, and providing support to patients during these processes.
7. Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care and interventions as needed.
8. Monitoring and maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
9. Adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a safe and clean healthcare environment.
10. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Nurses are required to have a nursing degree and a valid nursing license to practice.
- They should possess excellent clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in the hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare settings, providing care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.
