As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the agency or branch within a company.
1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, including staffing, training, and performance management of employees.
2. Setting and monitoring sales targets and goals for the agency, and implementing strategies to achieve them.
3. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Recruiting and onboarding new agents or employees, and providing them with ongoing training and support.
5. Analyzing market trends and competition, and developing marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
6. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the agency's performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
8. Managing the agency's budget and financial performance, including revenue generation and expense control.
9. Collaborating with other departments or teams within the company to achieve overall business objectives.
10. Keeping abreast of industry developments and best practices, and implementing changes or improvements as necessary.
- The ideal candidate must be very good in operations
- Minimum of 5 years working experience is required.
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
- Must have expert knowledge of Amadeus
- Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of the industry in which they operate. T
- Results-oriented and have a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
