Job Summary

The 2023 PP Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) aligns with its strategic objectives to continuously create a talent pool of highly skilled manpower for both technical and non-technical roles to build and sustain its existing and growing operations.

 

Job duties and responsibilities
  • The Graduate Trainee Programme is a 12 months programme, where the candidates will be prepared to take on assigned responsibilities, through the provision of professional learning and coaching sessions for a successful career in the oil and gas industry.

Job requirements and qualifications
    • Possess a First Degree from a reputable University.
    • Have a Second Class Upper and above or a Second Class Lower (2:2) with a Master's degree at Merit level.
    • Be no more than 30 years of age at the time of applying.
    • Possess basic computer skills.
    • Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) service.
    • Have 0-2 years of experience.

    • High personal integrity, entrepreneurship, and analytical thinking.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creativity, innovation, and resilience.
