Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, driving new business growth within assigned accounts, and managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets. He/ She will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish, and maintain relationships with key clients, and expand the company's customer base.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales campaigns, promotions, and product enhancements.
• Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• 7 years of experience preferably in the information technology & services, automotive or logistics industry.
• B2B experience is a MUST.
• Proven track record of successful sales management experience, preferably in the technology, automotive or logistics industry
• Product knowledge: deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyse sales data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
