Distribution/WH management has a tactical/strategic role in which they are responsible to secure tactical & strategic logistics solutions in an E2E perspective, providing a best-in-class logistics integration. Distribution/WH Management supervise and co-ordinate tactical distribution and WH activities with the main focus on maintaining a robust execution with responsibilities to further develop and enhance the distribution/WH solutions on global, regional and local level.

The job holder also functions as advisor and a business representative in distribution/WH matters and by that a coordinator of development towards other organizations. Distribution/WH management provides business analysis, development programs and recommendations within defined business scope and responsibilities, based on customer/stakeholder requirements. The purpose is to ensure a robust, cost efficient, timely and environmentally friendly distribution and warehousing execution of products and services in accordance with established Supply and Distribution strategy.

• Provide basic guidance in INCO terms, DGR rules, customs procedures, license & transport documentation requirements.

  Provide recommendations of cost -and time efficient WH/Transport solutions in defined local or regional network.

  Secure root cause analysis and initiate, follow up and report on improvement activities.

  Drive training activities in tools/system/. WoW related to distribution planning & execution.

  Drive capacity planning and loading optimization for sea/land and air transports.

  Coordinate service product portfolio for distribution management within area of responsibility.

  Support function for Distribution t & Supply organizations Timetables, Contingency planning, routing directives). Drive assessments related to DM/DO Governance model.

  Secure governance of transport related IT systems/tools/TMS. Support inventory management.

  Secure cost efficiency & performance quality from an E2E perspective (integrated logistics) activities.

  Contribute to Ericsson Supply & Distribution strategy work on local, regional & global level.

  Support environmental concerns in distribution and warehousing solutions- Ecology management & take back process

• First Degree in any relevant discipline
