The Market Developer will be expected to generate orders in all outlets in their coverage area.To generate orders in all outlets in their coverage area.To generate orders in all outlets in their coverage area.

• • To generate orders in all outlets in their coverage area. 
  • Monitor and report dairies stock level in our freezers. 
  • Report retail prices in outlets for our products (to monitor pricing of our products) and prices of our close competition (to monitor price difference with competition). 
  • Monitoring of our SGAs (to report if our freezers are functioning, faulty, moved, used for other purposes different from generating sales etc. 
  • Power situation in the outlets. 
  • To cover 15 stores per day and 75 per week. 
  • Discover new outlets and market them (2 new per month). 

• Requirements:

  • Minimum of O.N.D. in any field of study
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

   

  Parameter to qualify for the Incentive on meeting set target of N25,000.00

  • Coverage of minimum 15 stores daily with minimum 12 stores as productive call.
  • 2 New outlets opening Monthly.
  • Volume to be measured by franchisee at the cluster meeting 80% of their stretch target as a direct result of orders generated by the developer.
  • Fulfil other regular job description as stated in the contract.
