Job Summary

The role ensures the best cost-effective design, adequate technology evolution, and consistency of the application and tools used, also focusing on minimizing the need for big improvement during its lifecycle. The role should ensure that the application is performing adequately, from a product and E2E perspective, and that enough capacity is available to meet business requirements and growth projections of the customer.

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Application Development Support Activities

    •Support Complex Change Execution

    •Incident Restoration Support

    •Problem Management Support

    Application Specification Analysis & Design

    •Engineering & IS/IT Specification Analysis

    •Develop Low Level Project Plan for Solution Development

    •Develop Low Level Installation, Integration & Test Plans

    •Perform Low Level Risk Analysis

    •Software Requirements Analysis Application Development Execution

    •Develop Application Development Project

    •3PP Development Coordination

    •Development Acceptance, Execution, Documentation

    •Update Configuration Database

    •Support Release & Deployment Management

    •Minor Change Development (requested by WO)

    •Configuration of Existing Applications (requested by WO)

    •Functional, Performance and System / Network Integration Testing

    •User Acceptance Testing Support

    •Software Configuration Management

    •Software Quality Management.

    Application Lifecycle Management

    •Release & Deployment Management Support

    •Application Capacity & Performance Management

    3rd level applications support

    •3rd Level Support for Owned Applications

    •Incident Resolution Support

    •Workaround Analysis and Proposal procedures and tests

Job requirements and qualifications
  • First Degree in a relevant discipline

    Proven experience in the role.

    Computer skills - Algorithm & Scripting

     Ericsson Business Process

     Customer Satisfaction

     MS TOP 

    Deployment & Integration Management

     Sprint network 

    Service Quality Management 

    Agile Operations Models 

    Ericsson Charging System - Upgrades/Updates Management
