The IT System Expert Job Role supports the realization of IT solutions by providing specialized technical expertise on systems, platforms, databases, networks, and security in ADM Projects. As a technology expert, the IT System Expert, works with the customer, driving the technical architecture definition and defining the full technical infrastructural environment of an IT solution. Responsible for understanding and implementing business rules and requirements of the customer system/application in the recurrent business where the demands and specifications are well defined. Drives the development team in the implementation phase and provides, the project team, with architectural standard rules to be followed. The IT System Expert defines the deployment requirements and plans, schedules, and assists in the release of a system. Tasks: analyze, prepare, implement, and execute test cases and verify the configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions of a node/network/system.

• 1. Installing and configuration.

  2. Following MOP and SOP to support day to day regular activities.

  3. Working on customer service requests.

  4. Will be working on Standard changes/upgrades/updates.

  5. Automation of repeated tasks. 

• Overview : Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers, fulfilling a variety of tasks often requiring considerable on the job experience and job related training

  Knowledge : Requires a degree, formal qualifications or an extensive amount of practical knowledge to complete work independently receiving minimal guidance Leadership : Accountable for their own contributions and for providing informal guidance to new team members, this role may also supervise others from time to time Complexity : Requires the ability to make judgements based on previous experience to solve routine problems, receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction Contribution : Impacts own work team working within standardised procedures and practices
