Job Summary

We are curently recruiting Service Delivery Manager for a telecommunication industry.

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Responsibilities:

    • Support the Head, Service Delivery on the end to end Service Delivery.
    • Responsible for the good customer experience.
    • Manage customer services and complaints.
    • Optimize customer service delivery processes.
    • Manage customer interaction to meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Manage & troubleshoots for Audio Visual Aids, Display Units, Power & Security..

     

Job requirements and qualifications
  •         

    Experience:

    • Minimum of a first degree in Commercial, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
    • Possession of MBA certification would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as Service Delivery Manager.

  • Negotiable
