Job Summary

We are currently recruiting  CTO – EXPERIENCE CENTRE for a telecommunication industry.

Job duties and responsibilities
  •                              RESPONISBILITIES

    • Responsible for smooth service delivery, operations, maintenance and service management.
    • Manages the day to day technology of the Experience Centre.
    • Responsible for data/analytics services and dashboard reporting to the business and stakeholders
    • Design new digital products to suit the market & customers demand in collaboration with Marketing.
    • Responsible for the end to end customer experience on technology at the Experience Centre.

Job requirements and qualifications
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 15 years in technology out which 5 years should be in digital telecom.
    • Prior experience of coordination of Technology Teams
