We are looking for a Inbound and Outbound Telemarketer for a loan recovery company. The inbound and outbound telemarketers will be responsible for contacting existing clients for the loan recovery and the  potential customers for our products and services telephonically. The Telemarketer will use a directory of contact numbers to phone individuals and read a scripted sales pitch to them.

To be successful as a Telemarketer you should have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette. The ideal Telemarketer will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.

• • Follow up on the existing clients for the recovery of loans and contact, cross sell the company products and services to the potential clients telephonically.
  • Read the prepared script when pitching the company's products and services.
  • Provide any information that the client requests.
  • Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.

• • Minimum academic qualification of an OND in any related field
  • HND or B.Sc 
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
