Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships with customers
Job duties and responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and engage prospective retail customers through field activation (market storms), community outreach, and referrals.
Drive customer onboarding by opening savings and current accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements..
Execute sales plans and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on account opening and deposit
Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, and financial literacy engagements within assigned location.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely reporting on field
Provide excellent service and follow up with onboarded customers to ensure engagement and
Work closely with the Retail Sales Team to deliver on strategic market penetration objectives.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Cluster Sales Manager.
Job requirements and qualifications
Minimum: BSc/HND
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of energy, confidence and adaptability
Target-driven with a passion for sales and field work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services industry is an added advantage.
