• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Collaborating with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Prior customer service experience preferred
Minimum of HND in any relevant field of study.
