We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experience across all communication channels.

 

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities

    •    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
    •    Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
    •    Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
    •    Maintain customer records and update account information
    •    Collaborating with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
     

Job requirements and qualifications
  • Qualifications
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
    •    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    •    Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools)
    •    Prior customer service experience preferred

    Minimum of HND in any relevant field of study.
