We seek to recruit customer service representative with good communication abilities who will listen to our clients and attend to their complaints.
• Listening to customers and attending to their complaints
• Maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone or on social media
• Identifying customer needs and monitoring their satisfaction levels
• Referring customers to superiors when necessary
• Good communication abilities and excellent phone etiquette
• Proficient computer skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
