Job Summary

 You will be responsible for ensuring brokerage and business practices comply with all relevant regulations.

The auditor also confirms that transactions are run in accordance with real estate regulations where you do business.

Job duties and responsibilities
    • Collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data
    • Examining company accounts and financial control systems
    • Gauging levels of financial risk within organisations
    • Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
    • Ensuring that assets are protected
    • Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made
    • Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
    • Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
    • Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
    • Undertaking reviews of wages.
Job requirements and qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an related field
    • Proven experience as an Auditor
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • A keen interest in the financial system.
Salary
  • N300,000 - N350,000
