We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist. As member of the HR team, your primary objective is to empower employees and facilitate the day-to-day work life.
Job duties and responsibilities
Implement and champion new programs and systems that creates an efficient employee process and great employee experience.
Manage relationships and contracts with crucial People Operations vendors and service providers.
Execute the onboarding and off-boarding processes with a focus on; data collection and integrity, set-up of employee profiles (Zoho, Engagedly), staff confirmation, exit process etc.
Performance Management; process initiation & reporting.
Process overtime, invoices and other vendor payment related matters.
Support employee data reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives.
Work closely with other team members to execute any People & Culture plan/strategy.
Use of HRIS, Office 365 (Forms, Excel, Word, Powerpoint), CRM, Good administrative skills (Process-oriented, thorough, time-management)
Job requirements and qualifications
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, and relevant HR certification from CIPM/SHRM/HRCI
