. >5 years manage service experience & >=3 years MS management experience (PM,OD,FM or NOC Manager background for >2,000 sites project)
2. Excellent internal and external communication skills;
3. Excellent data analysis capacity and proficient in using office software such as Excel, PPT, etc.
4. Be able to work continuously, stably and efficiently even under high pressure from both Internal or external;
