Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. The Administrative Specialist will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide support to executive staff, and ensure the efficient operation of the organization.

Job duties and responsibilities
  • • Provide administrative support to executive staff.

    • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

    • Monitor and order office supplies.

    • Track and manage vendor relationships.

    • Handle customer service inquiries.

Job requirements and qualifications
  • • HND/Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

    • At least 2 years of administrative experience.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
  • N120,000

  • 10 years
