Job Summary


Summary- To market the bank’s retail products and services in order to establish, develop and maintain relationships with retail customers located in the target market.


Job duties and responsibilities
    • Market products and services to customers and prospects
    • Identify / establish new customer relationships
    • Pay regular visits and make calls to prospective customers with a view to establishing good relationships with them
    • Identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products and services to meet their anticipated needs
    • Sell the banks retail products and services
    • Implement efficient and effective customer acquisition strategies
    • Assist in preparing Management reports
    • Identify customer issues or concerns through knowledge of their business
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the RM
Job requirements and qualifications
    • First degree in any Business related discipline
    • 2 - 3 years banking experience
    • Age requirement is 30 – 36 years
    • Excellent customer relationship development/management
    • Good negotiation
    • Basic Banking Operations ( Domestic & International Operations)
    • Products Knowledge
    • Marketing / Selling
    • Computer appreciation / data entry (word-processing/spreadsheet/graphics)
    • TQM
  • Negotiable
Minimum Experience
  • 2 years
Maximum Experience
  • 3 years
