Job Summary

The Administrative assistant will proactively provides timely, well-organized, professional, administrative, logistics and secretarial support to the Office in a professional manner. 

The candidate will be responsible for documentation, records management of office procurements.

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

    Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

    Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

    Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Job requirements and qualifications
    • Associate’s Degree in a related field.
    • Prior administrative experience.
    • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

  • N120,000

Maximum Experience
  • 5 years
