Job Summary

(ADM) Delivery Manager takes ownership of the customer relationship and is responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of services as specified in the ADM contracts and frame agreement.

ADM Delivery Manager manages the scope of the service contract with the customer according to the agreed time, cost, and quality requirements, discusses & validates requirements which should be integrated into the current frame agreement, under the Service leader responsibility.

ADM Delivery Manager is responsible for the financial & commercial performance of the customer services and reference for the Contract service.

The Service leader contributes to the P&L of the business dealing with single/multiple ADM contracts and frame agreement services. Seeks and identifies new opportunities and continuously monitors cost efficiency.

Ensures adequate cost and resource allocation in compliance with Group and local safety requirements.

ADM Delivery Manager benchmarks IT profiles in the market that can be used for the relative service to properly staff projects in terms of cost and competencies for the required contract services.

Job duties and responsibilities
  • ·Manages delivery of ADM contractual requirements.

    ·Define scope, develop schedules, estimate cost as per the budget, and report performance

    ·Manages support or operational team either through the allocation of work and supervision of daily activities or may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

    ·Technical and operative coordination of resources or project management and services management.

    ·Manages ADM project teams ·defining resource strategies ·competency within the team to enhance project performance ·tracking performance, ·managing conflicts and changes to optimize performance ·plan, administer and complete procurement activities

    ·Support commercial roles in estimating time/cost for the customer offering. Proven ability to manage costs and reasonable knowledge of IT market benchmark.

    ·Handles quality of ADM solutions - Plan, and perform Quality assurance and Quality control ·Applies advanced professional knowledge. Understands business issues.

Job requirements and qualifications
  • First Degree in a relevant discipline

    Proven experience in the role.
