The Implementation Management is data and value driven to effectively manage all implementation services:
Scope
Time and resource planning
Reporting
ASP management
supports Commercial engagements
is responsible for compliance to;
group directives
legal & financial directives
global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS),
data security & privacy
relevant approved processes & tools
takes action to secure effective implementation
Organizes and coordinates work and reporting to ensure 1st time right.
Drives Change Management versus KPI's through continuous measurements
Assurance of implementation work:
secures that work executed is in accordance with customer and Ericsson directives and standards
takes action for non-compliance to customer and Ericsson directives and standards
reports on progress and deviation as input to workforce and cost management
Overview : Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks
Knowledge : Requires a broad understanding of the role and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems
Leadership : May act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Complexity : Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical based on practice and existing precedents or procedures
Contribution : Impacts the quality and timeliness using discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
Interaction : Exchanges complex information to others in straightforward situations
