This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of Field Services activities supporting other Service Function (SF) in Operations and Engineering when in-site activities must be performed, to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. This Job Role is a local function and will perform mostly in-site activities for the other Operations functions and some SIP functions (especially as a result of engineering or deployment activities). Ensure work is executed within Project OHS requirements.

• Responsibilities & Outcomes

  Corrective Maintenance Execution

  Execute corrective maintenance activities

  Visual inspection of work area in order to detect safety issues

  Prepare site specific "Risk Assessment'

  Ensure appropriate PPE is made available and properly used at all times while on site

  Site Facility Management

  Manage Onsite landlord interaction

  Manage Site Environment Maintenance

  Manage Site Maintenance 3PP

  Report facility failure which has potential to harm personal health and safety

  Site Information Management

  Update site information

  Immediately report OHS incidents and near misses in the reporting tool

  Third party supervision

  Ensure appropriate PPE is made available and properly used at all times while on site

  Intervene unsafe behavior by 3rd party worker and report

  Service Activation/Deactivation-On-site

  Engineering & IS/IT and Deployment

  Work Order Completion

  On-site Service Activation/Deactivation

  Optimization Data Collection

  Preventive Maintenance Execution

  Spare part handling

  Coordinate Spare Parts Handling Logistics

  Update Spare Parts Inventory DB and manage Spare Part Interface

  Physical Site Access Management

  Manage Site Access Permission List and Site key distribution

  Enforce Site Security Instructions

  Escalate Site Security Incident

  Protect site from unauthorized access

  Identify safe area for lifting operations and cordon off drop zone (if applicable)

  OHS Knowledge and Skills

  Adherence to MS OHS framework

  Complete safety audits of 3PP & Self audits

  OHS framework adherence related to tower climb

• First Degree in any relevant discipline

  Proven experience in the field

  Occupational health and safety
