Job Summary

The purpose of the Technician role is to install and monitor cost efficient technical and maintenance activities in our Service Delivery environment that meet both, our user's requirements and their business needs.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Support Installation of hardware

    Install hardware including physical connections and power

    Maintain Installed hardware

    Handling of Surplus

Job requirements and qualifications

  • Ericsson Security Manager 

    Enterprise Hardware installation Configuration and Administration

    Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills 

    Handling of Surplus 

    IT Processes, IT Tools & Infrastructure

    Ericsson Business Processes Knowledge 

    English language
