Job duties and responsibilities
You will be reporting to and working closely with the Marketing Team and Construction Team
Find suitable clients for the Company’s properties or third party properties details of which are provided by the Company, and fulfilling the request of such clients
Pursue leads and occasionally provide information/leads on the Company’s properties and real estate products.
Liaise with the content department of the Company for the creation of content on a weekly basis for the running of ads of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms
Ensure third-party listings of the Company’s properties and real estate products on various platforms in Nigeria for the listing of real estate products and properties.
Do all that is necessary and ancillary for the promotion and sale of the Company’s properties and real estate products.
At least 1 sale a month across ALL Powerview’s & 3rd Party sales & listings properties
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
Weekly conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Weekly gathering and analyzing of consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings) with weekly reports submission
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
Assist with organizing promotional events to boost sales
Coordinate with the Design and Content team (Wale) to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters) and Ensure that these materials are created and published within the approved timetable.
Keep organized records and proper documentation of all marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

Job requirements and qualifications
Preferred candidate: Must be a Graduate with a BSc in Marketing or similar field or from any discipline
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Real Estate products and services
Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria Real Estate industry
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Excellent Organizational skill and emotional intelligence
Ability to work weekend.
Excellent Communication skill.
Experience with MS Office Packages
