Job Summary

The purpose of the Operations Support Job Role is to provide support for operational activities performed within local operations which perform field services, ensuring local teams have the necessary (human) resources, training, processes, tools and systems to carry out their activities with the adequate level of performance.

Job duties and responsibilities
    • Provide management, logistics and administrative support for Field Services organization for Local Delivery, ensuring operational readiness for the Process activities.
    • Ensure performance of ASPs and other third parties, including quality, cost, safety and low environment impact.
    • Coordinate and adjust delivery mix of FSO and ASP services.
    • Monitor and report on the operational performance.
    • When organizational changes occur (such as consolidation, globalization, or restructuring), manage the transition and transformation of resources, services and activities.
    • Secure the operational processes adherence and the application of continual service improvement activities.
    • Drive the processes applied to the organization's infrastructure management, outside a specific MS contract scope.
    • Secure Working Level Agreements (WLA), Operating Level Agreements (OLA), and local targets to ensure operational and financial fulfillment.
    • Secure that any change that impacts the customer's infrastructure is assessed and the associated risk mitigated.
    • Provide cost quotation for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities.
    • Act as the main interface for other Ericsson organizations regarding local MS delivery performance.
    • Propose and drive Continuous Improvement activities.
    • Ensure local compliance and provide training related to occupational health and safety practices
