Job Summary

The Integration Engineer is data and value driven to effectively manage integration services analyzes, prepares, implements and executes test cases to verify the configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations and expansions of a node/network/system. adheres to compliance to group directives legal & financial directives Processes & Tools global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security & privacy

Job duties and responsibilities
  • The Integration Engineer executes the following to ensure quality and first time right in delivery to secure customer value:

    Prepares, collects and validates scripts & configurations with focus on accuracy prior to execution to support the plan

    executes test cases to ensure first time right

    performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues, taking corrective actions or raising escalations where needed to ensure quality of delivery

    performs integration and migration work in accordance with process framework and contractual obligations secures that OS, HW, SW, licenses and configuration data is available in correct format/version

    manages exit criteria to support revenue recognition and customer value

    drives changes to processes and methods related to integration activities to improve delivery efficiency and quality

Job requirements and qualifications
  • Overview :

    Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience Knowledge :

    Requires established skills to perform a range of routine tasks, working within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision Leadership : Has no supervisory responsibilities except managing own workload Complexity :

    Recognises and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established outputs Contribution :

    Impacts the quality of the services or information provided;

    follows standardised procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance Interaction :

    Uses communication skills to exchange straightforward information
