Job Summary

The Order and Delivery Management job role (ODM) is responsible for order management and accountable for 100% clarification final check, monitoring and deliver orders according to sales order/project requirements for all products and services.The job role covers responsibilities within order execution for sales order and project deliveries, return and transportation.

Job duties and responsibilities
    • Determine how, when and from where the required items will be delivered in order to meet customer requirement in a cost-efficient way.
    • Register the incoming internal order and verify it to ensure that clarified order is booked.
    • Ensure material requirement is generated to fulfil customer request.
    • Monitor the order to ensure all line items are confirmed, the order is acknowledged in a timely manner and ensure that it meets customer/project requirement.
    • Assign product to network activities, ensure requirement is triggered and manage material availability confirmation.
    • Analyze and cater to the change request from stakeholders.
    • Ensure that outbound deliveries are ready for transportation in alignment with order acknowledgement and/or call-off request.
