Job Summary

We are recuriting for the role of SERVICE MANAGER  in a telecommunication industry

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Dashboard reporting to the business and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with other departments to address technical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
    • Support the Head of Service Management to ensure first class customer service operations.
    • Manage customer interaction to meet or exceed customer expectations.
    • Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement of service standards.

Job requirements and qualifications
  •         Qualifications, Experience and Skills

    • Minimum of a first degree in Commercial, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
    • Possession of MBA certification would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in service management and customer service.
