Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for the role of SYSTEM SUPPORT  ENGINEERS  for a telecommunication industry.

Job duties and responsibilities

  •                     Responsibilities:

    • Support and fix all technical issues at the experience center site which covers computers/Desktops, Laptops, Ruggedized tablets etc.
    • Manage & troubleshoots for Audio Visual Aids, Display Units, Power & Security.
    • Troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs of computers/Desktops, Laptops, Ruggedized tablets etc.
    • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

     

Job requirements and qualifications

  • Experience:

    • University Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a System Support Engineer for customer facing retail outlet.
    • Good experience of support and fixing of all technical issues - covering PCs, Audio Visual Aids, Display Units, Power & Security.
