Job Summary

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves direct interaction with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Job duties and responsibilities
    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
    • Provide information about products and services.
    • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
    • Handle returns and exchanges.
    • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
    • Achieve customer service targets and metrics.
    • Participate in training and development programs to improve service skills.
Job requirements and qualifications
  • HND or B.Sc,
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 100,000
Minimum Experience
  • 2 years
Maximum Experience
  • 5 years
