Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the banking/insurance sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Job duties and responsibilities
  •  Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth
    - Meet and exceed sales targets
    - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
    - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
    - Maintain accurate sales records and reports
     

Job requirements and qualifications
  • - 2-5 years of experience in sales in the banking/insurance sector
    - Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
