Job Summary

The Sales Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling the company’s product directly to customers at point-of-sale locations. This role requires engaging customers, explaining the benefits of the company’s solution, assisting them through the checkout process and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Responsibilities

    • Product Promotion & Sales:

    Actively promote the company’s product to customers in retail environments.

    Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s product features and benefits.

    Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

     

    • Customer Engagement:

     

    Approach and engage potential customers to generate interest.

    Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Reporting & Documentation:

     

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

    Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to their supervisor

Job requirements and qualifications
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND in relevant fields
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising or customer service roles.
    • Experience with financial products.
    • Strong sales and persuasion skills.
    • Proficiency in using mobile devices and familiarity with digital applications.
    • The Sales Merchandiser will be required to work Mondays to Saturdays.
