•   Inspect, analyze and troubleshooting systems and equipment

  • To be able to read and interpret repair manuals.

  • Condition monitors all assets to see breakdown sign before failure.

  • Duly Writing up reports for shift handover.

  • Carryout planned preventive maintenance and have safety regulation culture.

  • To be able to use problem solving tools to analyze failures.

  • Repairing and replacing defective machine components.

  •  Welding and fabricating any machine components required.

  •   To be able to troubleshoot and fix basic electrical faults.

  •  Ensuring effective spare parts management and supervising continuous improvements projects in the factory.

  •  Frequently working closely with the operators on the running lines and utility to get machine status updates.

  • Inspect and supervise jobs done by external vendors.

  •  Healthy escalation of machine faults on the lines.

  •     Conducting general housekeeping and maintaining 5s in the workshop.

•  OND mechatronics or electrician with mechanical exp. Or mechanic

  ·     Work experience: at least 1 years of experience in technical role

  ·     Experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment

  ·     Good communication skills and proactive behaviour

  ·     Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
