Job Summary

PetroApp is a regional SaaS Company grown in Saudi Arabic since 2018 and then expanded
globally, after 6 years of the idea development to become one of the fast-growing SaaS companies
in the MENA region. PetroApp provides a software system that automates your fleet management,
saves your resources, and helps with waste control and applying high-level standards of internal
control on fleet management besides digitalizing all types of car services payment and tracking
systems. PetroApp filled in the gap for reasonable control over fuel consumption, fleet management
cost, and digital transformation through an” Application” solution that controls this process in addition
to fuel consumption reports for each car. 

Job duties and responsibilities
  • • Operating effectively under pressure and maintaining availability at all times to address and
    resolve issues promptly.
    Proficiency in negotiation and contract management with petrol stations 
    • Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the
    utilization of the PetroApp system 
    • Establishment of station accounts on the PetroApp system and diligent follow-up on station
    requests. 
    • Oversight of service quality provided to customers at petrol stations
    • Distribution of POS devices to gas stations and resolution of related issues 
    • Installation of NFC tags on customer vehicles and management of associated tasks
    • Establishment of a network of freelancers for the installation of NFC tags on customers' vehicles. 
     

Job requirements and qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
    • 2-4 years of experience, preferably in oil services (major petrol station chains, lubricant), as an 
    Operations Manager or Area Operations Manager for prominent entities such as NNPC, Total
    Energies, Forte Oil/Enyo, MRS, Conoil, Mobil, AIM, NIPCO, Rain Oil.  
    • B2B experience is essential. 
    • Any relevant experience would be advantageous. 
    • Proven ability to provide timely solutions to challenges. 
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Proficiency in multitasking and internal control. 
    • Strong aptitude for analyzing information and translating it for various departments. 
    • Capability to manage sensitive and confidential data.  
    • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
