The purpose of the Field Dispatch Job Role is to act as a support function for all field activity and ensure that the field forces are routed and loaded properly to maximize utilization and productivity. The Field Dispatch role works closely with multiple field-based job roles and schedules or adjusts work assignments for field personnel. Dispatch personnel assign and expedite work orders and the other field-based job roles then perform the actual tasks.

• Work order Management

  Create work orders as needed

  Assign work orders to the appropriate personnel

  Change status and update notes on work orders as needed

  Notify field personnel about assigned work

  Follow up with field personnel to ensure on-time completion of work orders

  Manage & secure physical site access

  Manage Site Access Permission List

  Manage Site key distribution

  Enforce Site Security Instructions Spare part coordination

  Coordinate Spare Parts Handling Logistics

  Use databases & systems to locate spare parts

  Update work orders with spares information

  Site Information Management

  Verify site information in databases and systems

  Update site information in databases and systems

  Customer Incident Management

  Track and Manage Customer Incidents

  Create customer-related work orders

• First Degree in any relevant discipline

  Proven experience in the field
