We are curently recruiting for the role of  Head Service Delivery for a telecommunication industry.

• Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of products and services to end users.
  • Responsible for ensuring end to end Service Delivery standards are met & exceeded.
  • Handle all the escalations related to service delivery, internally & externally.
  • Manage partners and vendors to deliver on customer requirements.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing new service delivery strategies/standards.

   

• Experience:

  • Minimum of a first degree in Commercial, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
  • Possession of MBA certification would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 15 years in service delivery and customer service.in an Experience Centre or a retail outlet.
